受傷
在那個下大雨嘅中午，在尖沙咀某條樓梯，砰磅一聲，哎約兩聲，休克三秒，就這樣，我背部那條“U4 橫突骨“ 就多了一條裂痕！
從小到大，因為喜歡踢波，所以成日都會整傷手腳，不過通常好快就無事，繼續上球場跑呀跑，踢呀踢，但這次不同了，這次我真係有一種 “我真的受傷了“ 嘅感覺，因為這一次受傷，真的很痛，每一次觸動到傷口時，就好似幾千支針由頭拮到去大腿一樣, 感覺又有啲似觸電，每天上床落床都要花上好幾分鐘, 醫生話要完全唔痛起碼要一個月呢, 真係諗起都擔心, 不過除了擔心，現在唯一可以做的就係休息多啲, 希望快啲康復可以再到球場跑呀跑，踢呀踢呢！

一連兩場既四川慈善籌款mini concert終於圓滿結束，雖然過去呢個星期我哋忙於練歌，感到有啲累，但係可以為四川嘅災民做一點事情，再辛苦都係值得嘅！
多謝主辦單位cosmo girl給我們這次演出嘅機會,感激小肥 & kary同我哋一齊完成呢兩場咁好玩嘅演出，亦多謝每一位買飛入場睇show嘅善長人翁，你們是最"棒"的 ^_^

前兩日半夜睇番電視重播 “完整版” 金像獎，哈哈…果然比起 “刪剪版”精彩好多，全晚好多攪笑、感人既片段，最攪笑既梗係現代版 “偷燒鴨之-英雄本鴨”啦，小肥果然係攪笑既高手，而泥鯭同六號都演得好好…哈哈…勁呀! 而全晚最最最開心既一個獎項，就係由 “集結號” 奪得 – 最佳亞洲電影，我本身好鍾意睇戰爭片，近年既所有戰爭片都睇咗好多，而 “集結號” 既故事背景正正係講我哋中國既內戰，片內面每一個人物角色都係中國人，令我感觸更大。呢套戲我在戲院加埋在家睇DVD，一共睇咗三次，還記得第一次嚮The Grand戲院睇早場時，那天戲院不是太多人(大約20人左右)，坐在我前一行那對上了年紀既夫婦，基本上由一開場就喊到散場，令我每次再睇呢套戲既時候都多了一份沉重既感覺。 雖然我好鍾意睇戲，但係對電影既認識真係好膚淺，只係識分 “好睇” 和 “唔好睇”，所以呢一篇絕對唔係一編影評，而只係一些我個人既感覺，不過如果你問我呢套戲好唔好睇?! 我既答案係…好好好好睇^_^。 最後真的好希望戰爭永遠永遠都只會在電影內出現， 遠離這個世界。 RubberWai

We just got shit from boss about our productivity and procrastination. I m talkin about real shit here, I've never seen Mark soo mad on us. As bandleader of RB, I feel I should take most responsibility.... Coz I havnt been doing my job properly. Being a leader is a difficult task. One has to be unbiased , observant, patient and have high EQ. I do have alot to learn. In a way , I do appreciate what Mark did coz he woke me up, the world don't wait for losers , timing is important !
Anyway, I will make changes and you all will see and hear a better RB ! I promise!
